We could accept 100 creators. We don't. Because the moment we do, the dedicated account manager becomes a chatbot, the weekly insights become a generic newsletter, and the brief becomes a one-size-fits-all template. The model only works at this size. If you're not selected for this cohort, your application is held for the next one — automatically.
Frequently asked
No strict threshold. We care more about engagement and audience fit than about follower count. A creator with 5,000 deeply engaged women in our target audience beats a creator with 100,000 inactive followers.
Views are counted over the 30 days following initial publication on the primary platform agreed upon (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube). Reposts by other accounts don't count — only views on your original post.
Attribution is last-click via our tracking (90-day cookie). Whoever's link was clicked last before purchase gets the attributed sale. For the performance bonuses, every creator is rewarded independently on her own video's views.
72 business hours maximum after delivery. If we need a revision, you hear from your account manager within 24 hours, with specific feedback — not a generic "please revise."
End of each calendar month for videos approved that month. Performance bonuses are paid as soon as the 30-day view window closes and thresholds are confirmed.
Yes — that's the whole point. You post on your channels under your name. SERENE can also use the same video as paid media. The ad spend share starts the moment we put dollars behind it.
A simple agreement is signed after acceptance: video usage rights (we get a 12-month license to use what you create), payment terms, no category exclusivity by default. If you want exclusivity in your niche, we discuss it — and it's compensated separately.
You keep the $50 base. No penalty, no clawback. We never asked a creator to "make it up" with another video. Performance is unpredictable — we share that risk with you, not transfer it onto you.
We accept 15 creators per quarter to guarantee real onboarding (dedicated AM, custom brief, weekly insights, Slack access). If you aren't selected this quarter, your application is held for the next one — no need to re-apply.
Once accepted, your account manager is your direct line. Before that, email creators@try-serene.com — replies within 48 business hours, always from a real person on our side.
